In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "osis77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the osis77 online gaming platform operated at https://osis77.app and all associated services, products, and sub-domains.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered, or is seeking to register, an account on the osis77 platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Member upon completing the osis77 registration process, subject to successful identity verification.
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, wagering, promotional, and ancillary services made available through the osis77 platform, including the live casino, sportsbook, slots, and responsible gaming tools.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake of real-money funds placed by a Member on a game outcome or sporting event through the osis77 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — credits issued to a Member pursuant to an osis77 promotion, subject to rollover requirements before conversion to withdrawable balances.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required before full account functionality (including withdrawals) is enabled.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah; the sole transaction currency of the osis77 platform.
• "WIB" — Waktu Indonesia Barat (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7); the reference time zone for all osis77 operational schedules, deadlines, and support hours unless otherwise stated.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and osis77 with respect to your use of the platform. By t icking "I Agree", completing the registration process, accessing any Service, or placing any Wager on the osis77 platform, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
2. You agree to be legally bound by them;
3. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3; and
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

If you access osis77 on behalf of a business entity or corporate body, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. These Terms apply equally to individual and corporate Members.

To register and maintain an active osis77 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. osis77 operates a strict 21+ policy and will not knowingly permit individuals under 21 to register, deposit, wager, or receive winnings.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. osis77 is designed and operated specifically for the Indonesian market. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited may be blocked at our discretion.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking contractual capacity are not eligible.
4. Single Account: You must not hold, or have previously held, another osis77 account that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion request, whether submitted voluntarily or imposed by osis77.

osis77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such proof within five (5) business days of a request may result in temporary suspension of account access pending verification.

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the osis77 platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, IP addresses, or bank accounts — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile number, and a date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify osis77 of any material changes promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. osis77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact osis77 support immediately via live chat at [email protected].

Account credentials — including your username and password — must not be shared with any third party. Allowing another person to access or operate your account, whether for profit or otherwise, is a breach of these Terms.

osis77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Full withdrawal functionality is not available until KYC verification has been successfully completed. KYC may also be required before the processing of large deposits or the redemption of certain promotions.

The standard KYC submission requires the following documents:

• A clear, colour copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, and address;
• A recent bank statement or e-wallet screenshot confirming your nominated withdrawal account in your legal name; and
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP, taken on the date of submission.

KYC documents are reviewed by osis77's verification team within one (1) to four (4) hours during standard WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, seven days a week). Submissions received outside these hours will be reviewed at the start of the next available session. osis77 may request additional documentation where the standard submission is insufficient to confirm identity or address.

All KYC documents are stored and processed in accordance with the osis77 Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes and are never shared with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

All deposits to osis77 accounts are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. osis77 does not currently impose a maximum single-deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.

Accepted deposit methods include:

Deposits are credited to the Member's osis77 wallet instantly upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. osis77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which osis77 accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the Member's own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including deposits made by family members, friends, or payment intermediaries on a Member's behalf — are strictly prohibited and will trigger a full KYC review. Funds deposited from unverified third-party sources may be held pending investigation and may be returned to the source account if the third-party origin is confirmed.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Withdrawals are available only to KYC-verified accounts and will be processed exclusively to the verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own legal name.

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed and dispatched within minutes of submission. During periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance, processing times may extend to a maximum of four (4) hours. osis77 does not charge withdrawal fees; your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own inbound transfer charges.

Withdrawals of funds that include uncleared bonus credits will be subject to review. If a withdrawal request includes bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable rollover requirement, the request will be declined and the Member will be notified to either complete the rollover or forfeit the bonus balance before resubmitting.

osis77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal where the amount is unusually large, where account activity patterns are inconsistent with prior behaviour, or where fraud indicators are present. This is a standard financial security measure and does not imply any accusation of wrongdoing.

osis77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which take precedence over these general Terms where they are more specific. The following general bonus rules apply to all osis77 promotions unless a promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise:

1. Rollover Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified on the promotion page before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Rollover requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
2. Game Weighting: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward rollover completion. Live casino games (including baccarat and blackjack) typically contribute 10%; slots typically contribute 100%; sportsbook bets contribute as stated per promotion. Full weighting tables are available on each promotion page.
3. Expiry: Bonus funds and their associated rollover requirements expire within the time period stated on the promotion page, typically between seven (7) and thirty (30) days from the date the bonus was credited. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically.
4. Maximum Withdrawal: Certain promotions cap the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Where a cap applies, it will be stated clearly on the promotion page.
5. Abuse: Any attempt to exploit or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to hedging bets across accounts, using a bonus to place low-risk matched bets, or systematically exploiting bonus mechanics — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

osis77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. No compensation will be payable to Members in respect of a promotion's withdrawal or amendment where the promotion has not yet been redeemed.

All games available on the osis77 platform — including live casino titles, slots, crash games, and sportsbook markets — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface and on the relevant sportsbook market page.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on the Member's screen and the result recorded on the osis77 server, the server-side result will be considered definitive. Technical malfunctions — including disconnections, rendering errors, or display failures on the Member's device — do not entitle the Member to a refund or replay unless the malfunction is confirmed to have originated on osis77's infrastructure.

For sportsbook markets, osis77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error, including obvious pricing errors where the offered odds are materially inconsistent with the prevailing market price. Voided bets are returned to the Member's account as withdrawable balance.

Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets that include one or more voided legs will have those legs removed from the accumulator, and the remaining legs will stand. The applicable odds will be recalculated accordingly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the osis77 platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account policy;
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process;
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or extract data from the platform;
4. Colluding with other players — including sharing information about hole cards in live poker, coordinating bet placement to manipulate outcomes, or arranging pre-determined results in any game format;
5. Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain without reporting the error to osis77 support;
6. Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade financial monitoring, or using osis77 as a mechanism to transfer or conceal proceeds of unlawful activity;
7. Accessing osis77 services on behalf of a third party for financial compensation, including operating managed betting accounts;
8. Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting strategy designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting differences between osis77's offered prices and those of other operators.

osis77 is committed to operating a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides every registered Member with access to a suite of responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the account settings dashboard without requiring a support interaction:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps denominated in IDR. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and can only be reduced — not increased — within a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Automatic play restriction once the Member's specified loss threshold for the period is reached.
• Session Time-Outs: Configurable play reminders and automatic log-out triggers based on continuous session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for periods of seven (7) days, thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanent. Self-exclusion is actioned immediately and is irrevocable for the chosen period. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

osis77 may impose mandatory responsible gaming restrictions — including deposit caps, wager limits, or account suspension — without Member consent where our monitoring systems identify patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling. The collection, storage, and processing of Member personal data by osis77 is governed by the osis77 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

osis77 collects personal data — including name, date of birth, address, contact details, KTP number, payment account details, and gameplay activity records — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. osis77 does not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, osis77's total liability to any Member — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their osis77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

osis77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity, whether or not osis77 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

osis77 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that any particular game outcome, odds quotation, or market result will be accurate. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

A Member may close their osis77 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment account. Account closure requests are processed within one (1) business day.

osis77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with immediate effect and without prior notice — where the Member has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where continued operation of the account presents a material risk to the platform or other Members. In the event of termination for cause, osis77 may retain the account balance pending investigation and may forfeit the balance where the breach is confirmed.

Upon termination of an account — whether by the Member or by osis77 — all rights granted to the Member under these Terms cease immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law survive termination indefinitely.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms. osis77 operates as an internationally licensed platform; the laws of individual member jurisdictions — including Indonesia — may impose additional obligations on Members in respect of their own use of the Services.

Any dispute arising between a Member and osis77 in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to osis77's customer support team for attempted resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within fourteen (14) days of written notice, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in English, with the arbitrator's decision being final and enforceable.

osis77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, osis77 will provide notice to registered Members via email to the address on file and/or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login. The revised Terms will specify their effective date.

Your continued use of the osis77 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 14.
